After the booking confirmation, your contract is with us. A contract exists between us when we confirm your services and have received the amount from your end.
For the contracted services, some of the amount from the total cost is to be paid by you to us. It is necessary to hold the booking on confirmed basis. We accept all the modes of payment such as Debit card, Credit card, wallets, internet banking, etc.
Extra usage of vehicles
Please take a note that cost of extra usage of vehicles is not included in the services and therefore the extra use of the vehicle after transfer or sightseeing isn’t allowed until it is mentioned in the detailed services/itinerary.
Limitations & Liabilities
Take a note that after finalizing the cost of tour or services, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of museums, fuel cost, taxes or guide charges by the Indian government, the same would be charged extra.
1-The rates depend on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with airlines, hotels etc. They have the right to modify the prices without any notice. If this change occurs, the rates quoted by us before the modification can be changed according to the modifications by airlines or hotels.
2-We act only in the capacity of an agent for the airlines, hotels, railways, transports and the contractors who provide other services and all the receipts, exchange orders, tickets & contracts issued by us – are issued subject to the terms & conditions under which the services are provided by them.
3-The itineraries provided by us are the samples intended to give you the idea of the trip schedule. Some of the factors like road conditions, weather, etc. may dictate changes in itinerary either before the tour or while on trails.
4-We’ll not be responsible for any change or delay in programme or expenses or loss, damage and injury directly or indirectly due to flight cancellations, natural hazards, the breakdown of equipment, accident, sickness, weather, landslides, etc. A client shall be liable for the extra expenses or liability incurred by her/him because of the ongoing cause.
5-We don’t have any policy covering the expenses for sickness, accident, loss because of theft or any other reason. Visitors are recommended to seek the arrangements in their home country. All the personal property and baggage are at the client’s risk.
6-We have the right to refuse to carry out the contract with any person whom it may consider to be undesirable in the absolute discretion and it shall not be required to show any reason for doing the same.
Visa, Passport and Immigration requirements
It is entirely your responsibility to fulfil the visa, passport or any other immigration requirement for your entire itinerary including all the stopover destinations applicable to the itinerary. You should confirm the same with the relevant embassies, high commissions or consulates. We are not responsible if you are unable to travel due to not complying with any of the requirements. The passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your return date into Singapore and the passport holders are required to have a minimum of three blank pages in the passport excluding front and back cover to enable the entry visas to be issued. If there isn’t enough space in the passport, the entry will get denied and the person is likely to get detained pending on return to their country of origin. Please make sure that all the passports are renewed.
