Universal Studios Singapore

Singapore has a lot of things that a tourist can do and enjoy. On Sentosa island Singapore, most beautiful and visited attraction theme park is Universal Studio which is located within Resort World Sentosa. It gives us experience of 24 ride in different themes around 7 themed zones. It is the top most beautiful resort which offer Genting’s as a key component. On 19 April 2007 it's construction was started for both resort and theme parks. In Asia universal studios is the second themed park and first themed park is located in Japan . About 9 million tourist visit universal studios in 8 months . Genting Group Universal parks and resorts are the operators of this Universal Studio in Singapore. It is spreaded over 49 acres.

It was opened for public on 18 March 2010. It occupies the eastern part of resort world Sentosa. Lagoon are surrounded by seven themed zones. Each zone is related with television shows and blockbuster movies. Dueling roller coaster is the world's tallest roller coaster. Universal monsters features a live music show. Universal studios consists 20 retail stores, 30 restaurant and many food carts. Here we can have best dining facilities with halal mark.

Themed zones of Universal Studio:

1.Hollywood: It is present at the main entrance of the park. It consists of broadway- style Theatres, several restaurants and flagship shops. In this zone we can replica of Hollywood and dynamic architecture is flanked fully in main entrance. Hollywood Walk of Fame is the best feature here.

 >> Entertainment and Attraction: you can join the live musical show at Sesame street show. Here you can see the musical score , that shows significant framework at Lake Hollywood Spectacular. Many more attractions like The cruisers and Mel’s Dinettes.

>> Greets and meets :  Here you can visit the attraction Hollywood Walk fame such as wacky woody , woodpecker and the Minions.

2.Sci-Fi City: it is one the metropolis

 ( imagined). It contains many modems of the life. It shows the culture. Here we can see the world's tallest roller coaster which is at height 42.7 metres . This is based on the top television show Battlestar Galactica. Few are the rides and themes in sci Fi City

● The ride (transformers) ; it is stimulated in 4D dark ride. It gives us experience of the adventure of Spider-Man. Here we span in two levels. Here we can see 3D-HD video which is so photorealistic.

● Human Vs Cylon ; it is inverted roller coaster of steel dueling. Here we can experience many rolls like cobra roll, vertical loop, zero-g roll and corkscrew.

3.New York theme: 

This area has been enhanced by neon lights which depicts the postmodern theme of New York city. It has street facades that show the real time movie production of hollywood films. This zone consists of the replica of the New York public library. There are many attractions for entertainment in this theme.

● Lake hollywood spectacular.

● Mel’s Dinettes.

● The Cruisers.

4.Ancient Egypt:

This theme is based on the ancient Egyptian architecture and artifacts that have been found from the golden age of Egypt. It also features the tombs of Pharaoh. This theme depicts the scenes from the hollywood movie, The Mummy, starring Brendan Fraser. It depicts the following things.

● Revenge of Mummy: The ride

● Treasure Hunters.

● Carter’s curiosities.

5.Madagascar:

Madagascar means a crate adventure ride. This theme features the cargo ships used for madagascar. It also show all the characters from the hollywood animation Madagascar. The special characters that are shown in this them are

● Gloria

● King Julien 

● Skipper

● Private

● Rico

6.The lost world:

This is a theme which features two regions. These are

● Jurassic Park.

● Waterworld.

Jurassic park theme is based on the hollywood movie, Jurassic Park. Waterworld is a stadium to host the live shows. It is also based on the movie, Waterworld.
