Cancellation Policy Singapore

If the guest decides to cancel the Singapore tour for any reason, a written application is needed to us and deliver it to the concerned sales booking person or in-charge. The email or letter must have the details of tour code, departure date, a total number of guests and the receipt issued by us. Any other form of the request for cancellation shall not be considered as a request for cancellation. 

For the clause, cancellation can take place because of any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the reason of inability to participate due to any death, illness, non-availability of travel documents, court orders and the like. In case of any other additional service/upgradation/deviation or any other similar changes booked by the guest, the cancellation charges for the services will be charged extra plus GST. 

As per the booking conditions, we are the constraint to levy the cancellation charges in addition to air tickets, charges by the suppliers and alike. We have the right to cancel a tour departure without giving any reason. All the charges should be given in Indian rupees only. We have the right to issue discount letters in future to the valuable guests.
